Impressionists at the Waterside -Depicting urban resorts: Paris, the Seine and Normandy
“Impressionists at the Waterside” is featuring the masterpieces of the Impressionism depicting the waterside in France, especially the river Seine and the Normandy coastline. The brilliant 73 works are being exhibited, including the works by Claude Monet and Pierre-Auguste Renoir, which are those on loan from the National Gallery of Art in Washington DC, USA, Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, USA, Musée d’Orsay in Paris, France and other famous museums in the world.
We can enjoy the images with the people and beautiful landscapes in the 19th century and also “light in the landscapes”, which was explored by the painters of the Impressionists.
