The temples and shrines in Kyoto have been keeping their rituals and events from the olden days.
They are traditional, sacred and a pleasant experience. We'd like to introduce them every month.
They are worth to visit during your stay.

March 1st

Hinamatsuri -Girl’s day festival-

Hokyo-ji Temple is famous for its amazing doll collection. A special dance performance by tayu (special ranked geisha in the Shimabara district) will be held at 11:00. (Doll exhibition: until April 3rd)
Take Kyoto City bus no. 9 and get off at Horikawa-teranouchi stop.
