Akatsuka Fujio Manga University Exhibition

The “Akatsuka Fujio Manga University Exhibition” is a project that aims to rediscover this genius manga artist, who was at the forefront of not just the manga industry, but the post-war period itself.
This time many of his manga works and their artifacts with some famous characters in his manga are on display.
At Nijo Castle, “neo kyogen (traditional comic theatre)” event which a collaboration of the kyogen performed and Akatuska manga, and art exhibiton are held.
(November 1st~6th, entrance fee of Nijo Castle is needed. ¥600)
