Higashiyama Shichijo area

GTK would like to recommend you to stroll around the Higashiyama Shichijo area especially in this season.
There are two wonderful temples and a beautiful museum that usually exhibits high-grade art works.

On January 15th, Sanjusangen-do Temple, one of two temples of this area, has a unique event for the Coming of Age Day. Young people who celebrated for the Coming of Age Day wear a traditional Japanese archery uniforms and shoot the arrows. Its sound and looks are so beautiful.
